Earsight is a performative research project developed by Indie Box in collaboration with an interdisciplinary group of visual artists, performers and visually impaired people. Between August and November 2017, a series of workshops, happenings, installations and public presentations took place, in search of an organic relationship between sound-body-visual representation, all in the desire to increase the degree of awareness of the individual sound footprint in the urban space.

Within the project, a series of interdisciplinary workshops on the sound-body-visual representation relationship took place, held with a mixed group made up of visually impaired people, performers, visual artists and architects. The workshops took place in the public space (Aviatorilor area, Promenada mall, Herastrau park, Victoriei area, Timpuri Noi area), at Firul ierbii, eFdeN, Mediateca Bibliotectii Metropolitane. They addressed different topics and were coordinated, alternately, by Valentina de Piante, Maria Ivan Gurzu, Florentina Rizea, Alexandra Balasoiu and Denis Bolborea.

On November 4, a performative exhibition took place in the eFdeN house, where the artists shared their subjective perceptions of the urban soundscape:
